The most important key to success in any new endeavor is education. AutoGas provides the training programs you need to successfully implement your REGAL|Streamline system.
Manager-level training is designed for retail operations' professionals within your organization. A “lead” store manager may be qualified to take this training, but we recommend that at least one company manager, responsible for your POS/accounting systems and/or daily sales operations, also take this class.
Training is a required step in your REGAL|Streamline implementation program. AutoGas provides three training options:
- Attend 2-day training at the AutoGas facilities in New Braunfels, TX (near San Antonio).
- Attend an instructor-led, Web-based training course. Class times are flexible and are based on availability.
- Attend a class taught by an AutoGas-Certified Trainer. Typically, this is an AutoGas Certified Installer who is certified by AutoGas to teach such classes.
Cashier Training is included in the Manager Training class. This enables managers to fully train their staff. For special situations, AutoGas offers certain cashier training programs.
Additionally, AutoGas provides technical classes for retailers who wish to perform their own installations and services (self-installer/self-maintainer). Your AutoGas representative will assist you in selecting the training solution that is best for you. NOTE: Be sure to plan early for taking the necessary training classes in advance of your scheduled installation date.
